Part-Time Receptionist - NHS & Private Dental Practice
We are a busy, well-established dental practice providing both NHS and private care, and we are currently seeking a professional and reliable part-time receptionist to join our busy dental practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming patients, managing appointment bookings, daily financial payments
Handling telephone and email inquiries with professionalism and discretion
Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with GDPR and data protection regulations
Supporting the clinical team with administrative duties as required
Upholding a calm, courteous, and efficient reception environment
Reporting directly to the Practice Manager and contributing to the smooth running of the practice
Essential Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is highly desirable
Strong background in reception, customer service, administration roles
Excellent communication and organisation skills
A clear understanding of patient confidentiality and data protection responsibilities
Proficiency in using dental or medical software systems (training will be provided)
We are looking for someone who is approachable, well-presented, and committed to delivering a high standard of patient care. Familiarity with GDPR and the handling of sensitive information is essential, and full training will be provided to support compliance.
