Job Description

HFD Group Ltd are a major UK property business specialising in commercial property development, construction, property management, data services and all aspects of asset management services. For 30 years we have been providing our tenants and clients with the best sustainable working environment possible.We are now expanding with a number of major projects underway and need talented, enthusiastic and ambitious Receptionists to join our growing team.Key responsibilities include (though will not be limited to):

  • Managing main switchboard and telephone enquiries
  • Greeting clients and visitors and welcoming them to the office
  • Preparing outgoing mail
  • Organising meeting rooms
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Prior experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Good organisational skills
  • Competent in Microsoft Office
  • Flexible, willing to adapt to new tasks and duties with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work as part of a busy team
  • Salary from 9.00 per hour.
Working hours are 39 hours per week between the hours of 8.30 - 5.30 Monday to Thursday and 8.30 - 4.30 Fridays.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: 9.00 /hourLicence:
