What You'll Be Doing-

As part of our Hotel Reception team, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:Handling reservations and guest enquiries Managing check-ins and check-outs smoothly Processing payments accurately Responding to calls and emails with professionalism Ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for

What we're looking for a Hotel Receptionist

who:

Has previous experience in hotel reception Is confident using hotel reservation systems and MS Office Communicates clearly and warmly, both in person and in writing Has a keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude Enjoys working as part of a team and taking ownership of their role
