Duties

Handle administrative duties, including filing, typing, and clerical work.
Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
Utilise computerised systems, EMIS
Support team members with organisational tasks as needed.
Skills
Proficiency in using computerised systems, particularly EMIS
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Ability to type quickly and accurately.
Experience in data entry and clerical work is highly desirable.
