Role Overview:


As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm, professional, and seamless welcome. You will ensure every guest's experience begins and ends on a high note, assisting with check-in, check-out, and all guest queries throughout their stay. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality, customer service, and being part of an ambitious and evolving team.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome all guests in a warm and professional manner Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately Manage reservations and ensure all guest details are correct in the system Respond to guest enquiries both in person and via phone/email Provide information about the hotel, its facilities, and local attractions Work closely with housekeeping, dining, and spa teams to ensure guest expectations are exceeded Handle cash, credit card transactions, and billing procedures Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area Uphold the hotel's high standards of service and presentation, especially during our ongoing transformation into a 5-star destination

What We're Looking For:



Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role, preferably in a hotel or luxury environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using hotel booking systems and Microsoft Office (training provided) Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems proactively Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings
