Receptionist
to be the first point of contact for our guests. You will provide excellent customer service, handle bookings, and assist with smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications
Respond promptly to guest enquiries, requests, and complaints
Maintain up-to-date guest records and ensure data accuracy
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness
Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions securely
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Adhere to hotel policies, health & safety, and data protection standards
