We have an exciting new vacancy for a Receptionist to join our team at The Midland Hotel Bradford. This 90-room historic Victorian Hotel is located in the hart of Bradford City centre and just a few minutes' walk to the nearby train station.

Your duties will include:

Welcoming guests and checking guests in and out on front of house system Advising guests and visitors about the facilities on site. Being the point of contact for our guests during their stay Answering the telephone, making reservations, taking payments, reconciling the shift and balancing floats.
The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of Opera systems would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be given.
