Receptionist
to join our
GP Practice
and work as a part of a team manage our front desk and be the first point of contact for our
Patients
.
Pay:
12.60ph
Contract type:
Permanent; Part-time or Full-Time: 20 to 40 hpw
Location: We currently operate from 3 sites: Brunswick and Burwash and Benfield. You will be mainly based at the Benfield and Burwash practice.
Working hours: between 8am and 6.30pm, Monday to Friday
About the role:
As a Receptionist, you will be joining a highly skilled and friendly Reception team and work closely with our Triage team to provide the highest standard of patient care possible.
We are looking for well organised individual with can do attitude, strong communication and customer service skills to provide a service to our patients in line with our practice ethos.
Previous customer facing, admin and/or primary care experience is welcome but on-the-job training will be provided to increase skills for the right candidate.
What we would like you to do:
Welcoming patients and directing them to the practitioner they're visiting
Scheduling visits
Answering and making phone calls on behalf of the practice employees
Being the first point of contact for all email enquiries
Maintaining the reception area
Keeping patients and practice records up to date
Performing various admin tasks
