We are seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Excellent organisational skills.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
Customer service attitude.
