About the Role:
NextStep Training is recruiting on behalf of a reputable company, an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain valuable experience while completing a
Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship
.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering incoming customer enquiries by phone and email
Making outbound calls to follow up on leads and provide updates to customers
Liaising with customers regarding appointments and queries
Inputting and maintaining accurate data
Supporting the admin team with document preparation, filing, and compliance
Ensuring professional communication at all times
Contributing to a positive, supportive team environment
Requirements:
Interest in business administration and a willingness to learn.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under supervision.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must have strong IT skills
Excellent phone etiquette
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Must be able to commit to the apprenticeship salary and duration.
