Salary:

NJC Grade D, 25,185-25,989 (DOE) FTE

Actual Salary:

13,173-13,593 (DOE) pro rata

Contract:

Permanent, part time, 22.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time only).

Hours:

Monday-Wednesday 08:00-16:00 (30 min unpaid break)

Job Overview

We are seeking to appoint a Receptionist to join our team and be a welcoming face of our school, providing exceptional front-of-house service to students, staff, and visitors. In this vital role, you'll manage incoming calls, visitor sign-ins, and support the administrative team with a variety of tasks. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in ICT are essential, along with the ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
