GWR Kia is the UK's premier Kia dealership and home to Europe's largest Kia showroom, located in the heart of Brentford on the iconic Great West Road.
Our state-of-the-art facility includes four expansive showroom floors, over 100 vehicles on display and over 15 service bays, making us a true one-stop destination for all things Kia - from sales to aftercare.

What you will be doing:
We are looking for confident, enthusiastic, polite individuals to join our Reception Team, in our GWR Kia dealership. You will be the first point of contact for all customers and visitors, whether it be in person or on the telephone, so making a good impression from the offset is a must.
Greet our visitors and customers, politely and ascertaining their needs, directing them to the relevant department or staff member
Answer the telephone promptly, pass calls on to the relevant member of staff quickly and efficiently, take messages when necessary
Provide administrative assistance as required to all departments across the sites when required
Offer customers tea, coffee etc. Clear away cups and ensure desks and communal areas are tidy at all times
Direct and move customer vehicles as and when required
What we need from you:
Exceptional communication skillsboth written and verbal
Previous experienceof working within a similar role is essential
Commitment to providing customer excellenceto ensure every customer contact with the business is a positive experience
Proficient administrationand IT skills
Helpful can-do attitude*, with the willingness to help, wherever need be. A full clean driving licencewould be an advantage
