Cardiff City Centre
Salary - \xc2\xa325,506 per annum
Permanent
Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm (1 hour lunch) - 45 hours per week

Our client is Cardiff City Centre is looking for a Receptionist / Host to join their team on a permanent basis.

Essential
  • Previous reception experience or experience working as a Host within hospitality
  • Excellent customer service
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Highly organised
Responsibilities
  • Welcome and deliver a professional, friendly, efficient, first-class service to clients and guests visiting the office.
  • Greeting clients upon arrival
  • Arranging refreshments for meetings and events
  • Ensuring relevant personnel are notified when clients and visitors arrive
  • Maintaining the reception areas
  • Organising bookings of the client floor meeting rooms
  • Get involved with company events
