Role Overview:
We are looking for a reliable, personable, and proactive
Saturday Receptionist
to join our team. This role is crucial to the smooth running of the clinic and involves a mix of front-of-house duties, administrative support, and ensuring a clean and professional environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating a positive first impression and fostering strong relationships with patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients in a warm and professional manner
Manage bookings and appointment schedules using clinic software
Assist with patient check-ins and payments
Handle incoming calls and respond to general enquiries
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area and clinic rooms
Perform general administrative duties (e.g., filing, data entry, stock checking)
Open and close the clinic according to set procedures
Support the daily operations of the clinic and assist practitioners as needed
Build and maintain strong rapport with patients, supporting the clinic's friendly and approachable ethos
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible and dependable, with a willingness to cover additional hours during the week if required
Basic IT proficiency (experience with booking software is a plus)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 7 per week
