Receptionist
(Bank Worker) to cover ad hoc shifts and be the first point of contact for all visitors, staff, and volunteers.
Shifts available could be ad hoc lunch break cover (1 hour shifts) and full day (within the hours of 9am - 5pm) shifts covering sickness and holidays for our Reception team.
Our reception is only open Monday to Friday.
This is a bank role, so no regular hours are guaranteed and you have the right to decline any shifts offered to you.
Pay Rate: 13 per hour plus holiday pay on top

We are a regulated care provider, a charity and a housing association and we provide three services - residential care for those with higher care needs, supported living for people working towards independence and skills and activities - a wide range of training, work experience and mini businesses.
What You'll Do
Provide a warm and professional welcome to everyone arriving at The Grange Centre.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and deliveries with efficiency and care.
Maintain accurate visitor records and ensure safety protocols are followed.
Support departments with admin tasks like scanning, copying, and record keeping.
Keep the reception area and kitchen tidy, stocked, and presentable.
Act as lead fire marshal in the event of an emergency (training provided).
What We're Looking For
Experience in people facing, reception or administrative roles (desirable).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confident using computers and learning new systems.
A calm, approachable, and proactive attitude.
