We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional
Receptionist
to be the first point of contact at our used car dealership. The ideal candidate will greet customers, manage incoming calls, assist with administrative tasks, and help ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff
Schedule appointments and test drives
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting area
Handle customer inquiries, provide basic information, and direct them appropriately
Process paperwork for vehicle sales and service appointments
Assist sales and finance staff with administrative tasks as needed
Maintain and update customer records and files
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Perform data entry and light accounting or filing duties
Ensure a positive customer experience from the first point of contact
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
Chelmsford CM2 9RA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
