We are looking for a warm and enthusiastic receptionist to join our evolving team as we rebrand our clinic to showcase digital smile design and holistic dentistry.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting patients and managing the front desk with professionalism Handling calls, emails, and booking appointments efficiently Managing payments and patient records with accuracy and care Supporting clinical staff and assisting with day-to-day administration Ensuring the reception area reflects the clean, calm and high-standard ethos of our clinic

About You

strong background in

high-end customer service

(e.g., hospitality, luxury retail, beauty/aesthetics) Experience of dental software (Dentally) and dental knowledge is an advantage Friendly, confident, and well-presented with excellent communication skills Calm under pressure and naturally well-organised Comfortable with technology and able to learn new systems (training provided)
