is looking for a professional and personable

Receptionist / Chiropractic Assistant

to join our growing team. This is a key front-of-house role where you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional support and ensuring every visit to the clinic runs smoothly.

About the Role:

As a Chiropractic Assistant, you'll work closely with our Chiropractors and Practice Manager to support patients on their health journey. From managing appointments to helping keep the clinic running efficiently, you'll play a vital role in the daily life of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming patients and providing excellent customer service Booking appointments and managing the clinic diary Answering phones, responding to emails, and handling patient enquiries Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records Preparing treatment rooms and supporting chiropractors as needed Keeping the reception and waiting area clean, tidy, and inviting Assisting with admin tasks, patient forms, and follow-ups

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a customer service or reception role (healthcare experience a plus, but not essential) Friendly, calm, and confident communication style Good computer and organisational skills A proactive team player who enjoys working with people Interest in health, wellness, or chiropractic care is a bonus Ability to remain professional and positive under pressure
