About Us

We are a new and growing Longevity & Wellness clinic in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex, offering red light therapy, infrared saunas, cryotherapy, and more treatments to come as we expand. We are looking for two friendly and motivated Receptionists / Clinic Assistants to join our team and help us deliver excellent client care in a professional, welcoming environment.

The Role

As a Receptionist / Clinic Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth journey through the clinic. You will support the Clinic Manager in day-to-day operations and assist with treatments where required. This is a hands-on role in a dynamic clinic that is preparing to grow and upscale.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and check in clients, ensuring a professional and friendly service. Manage bookings, phone calls, emails, and client enquiries. Support clients before, during, and after treatments, ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for. Assist with the preparation and cleaning of treatment rooms and equipment. Maintain accurate client records and handle payments. Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the clinic. Provide administrative support to the Clinic Manager as needed. Help introduce new services and processes as the clinic expands.

About You

Based in Essex, with the ability to commute to Leigh-on-Sea. Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, spa, or clinic assistant role is desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable manner. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working as part of a small, close-knit team. Passionate about health, wellness, and providing outstanding client care. Flexible and willing to take on new tasks as the clinic evolves.
