Receptionist / Concierge.
Laing O'Rourke, C/O of Select are looking to recruit a receptionist / Concierge to join our team at our manufacturing centre of excellence in Worksop.

This role will be a public facing meeting and greeting visitors, client representatives and facility management in addition to manning the reception desk and answering the main switchboard. The receptionist will offer a service to ensure that all facility administration is kept in an organised and methodical manner whilst complementing the operations of the site team.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Acting as a front-line support to employees and visitors to the facility, providing a professional and friendly service ensuring a warm and welcoming experience, Issue and creation of visitor ID passes ensuring security compliance, Working closely with the facilities team ensuring any secretarial tasks are completed, Monitoring of CCTV, Alarm and building management systems for escalation, Provide general administrative support in the safe and efficient running of the facility, Organise and prioritise own workload to provide effective planned support for the facility.

What skills & experience are we looking for?

Communicates clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing.

Very competent and confident using computers and MS applications,

Courteous, professional manner with a calm, vigilant approach to multiple duties

Works as One Team - Respects and co-operates with the team, sharing problems and accepting support. Adopts a friendly and approachable manner.

Conscientiously delivers for customers, planning ahead and prioritising own workload.

Ideally experience within a similar role and prepared to undertake Security training for the role.

We pay in line with the real living wage which is reviewed annually - Currently 13.20 per hour
