Reporting to the House Manager, you will provide a friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests.
Your Responsibilities
Check-in and check-out guests ensuring all requirements are met throughout their stay and all our residents receive a first-class customer service
Be a point of contact for our guests and answer any queries and requests, face to face or on the phone
Manage your shift efficiently, which will involve cash handling and reconciling payments
Answer telephone calls and emails, make bookings and send confirmations
Make lunch and dinner reservations
Look after group bookings
Be able to assist other departments where necessary
To liaise with the Duty Manager to resolve any issues that may arise on your shift
Your Profile
Fluent in English in both speaking and writing
Competent with Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to be calm and to deal with customer requests
Have a positive attitude and demonstrate excellent customer care & communication skills.
Works well within a team but self-disciplined enough to manage your own workload
Flexible to work shifts, during week days and weekends.
You should be passionate about hospitality and be customer focused
