We are looking for a professional, organised, and friendly Receptionist to join the team at Challenge House. As the first point of contact for our building, you will play a key role in delivering a welcoming and professional front-of-house experience for all tenants, visitors, and contractors.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in excellent customer service and has strong administrative skills.
Duties
Greet and welcome all visitors with a warm and professional approach
Answer and direct phone calls efficiently and politely
Respond to general enquiries and provide accurate information
Manage incoming/outgoing post and deliveries
Maintain a clean, presentable, and well-organised reception area
Support general administrative duties, including data entry and filing
Use computer systems to schedule appointments or manage bookings
Liaise with building management and service providers as required
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Ability to type accurately and efficiently
Knowledge of administrative procedures
Experience and excels in customer service
Excellent phone etiquette skills
Schedule
Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 3:00pm with 1 hour break
Annual leave
28 days pro-rata (including bank holidays)
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: 20,000.00 per year
