We are looking for a well-presented, reliable, and professional Receptionist to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will deliver an exceptional, five-star experience while managing daily front-of-house and administrative duties. This role requires excellent organisational skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to outstanding customer service. You will assist and report directly to the Clinic Manager.

Key Responsibilities



Welcome and greet patients, ensuring a five-star experience from the first enquiry through their entire journey. Provide exceptional customer support and build positive relationships with clients. Respond promptly to patient enquiries, ensuring high standards of care at all times. Support the Clinic Manager with administrative and operational tasks as needed. Schedule appointments, manage bookings, and handle payments. Apply numbing cream to clients before treatment, as required. Manage and distribute clinic-issued prescriptions in a timely manner. Convert enquiries into appointments by understanding client needs and concerns. Use client data to retain and engage existing patients, helping to drive revenue. Assist with promotional campaigns and contribute ideas for business growth. Maintain compliance with clinic policies and protocols. Handle client complaints or concerns professionally and empathetically. Promote Nuriss services and products confidently and accurately. Support colleagues with additional tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations.

Key Skills & Requirements



Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role is essential. Experience in the aesthetics or beauty industry is highly desirable. Familiarity with the Zenoti CRM system is an advantage. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills. A genuine focus on delivering exceptional customer care.

London, W1G 6LH - you must be able to commute reliably or plan to relocate before starting.

Additional Information



This role requires working three days per week, including alternate Saturdays. Applicants must speak English fluently.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 14,000.00-16,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 22 per week
