The Exciting Opportunity

The position of Receptionist has become available at Courtyard Inverness Airport. Reporting into the Reception Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of Front Office including check in and check out, switchboard, reservations, banking, special requests, customer queries and problem solving. The successful applicant for this role will deliver excellent customer service, have a positive 'can do' attitude, be willing to learn and show that they care. Previous experience of working in a busy customer facing role is essential.

The Courtyard by Marriott Inverness Airport opened in March 2020. This exciting new 4 star hotel has 130 bedrooms, a bar and bistro, gymnasium and 1 meeting room.

What Are We Looking For?
We are looking for someone who can communicate well with others, can carry out instructions, is able to pay close attention to detail and will commit to providing outstanding service to our guests. Experience of working in a similar role and property is preferable but full training is provided. It is essential that candidates have experience in a busy customer facing role.
