The post will be Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8.15am - 4pm with an hour for lunch 1pm-2pm.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer telephone calls
- Make routine and urgent appointments for patients both over the telephone and in
person using our computerised booking system
- Assist with general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Respond to emails and correspondence in a timely manner
- Prepare accurate patient daylists and corresponding paperwork in line with nhs
requirements for patients visiting the practice -Undertake basic life saving and information governance training -Keep office and non-clinical areas tidy -Accept and process payments from patients
- Perform other administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
