Job Description

We are a large GP practice situated in the centre of Bexleyheath. We require a flexible, enthusiastic hard working individual to join our busy reception team to provide a high quality, professional reception and administrative service to patients, clinicians and other allied health service professionals. To act as the first point of contact for patients contacting the Practice and to portray the Practice in the highest possible professional basis. To ensure that enquiries from patients are efficiently and courteously handled.e have a vacancy for 2 receptionists/care navigators working 22 and 27.5 hours per week each, comprising of AM and PM shift as well as all day shifts (11 hours) from 7.30am-7.00pm.

The post holder MUST have EXPERIENCE working in a Doctor's practice and be able to work a combination of shifts starting which includes 1 later evening on a rota basis to cover extended hours as necessary.

Please note we will only consider applicants who have had experience in working in GP practice or a Hospital environment

The post-holder is required to have well-developed verbal and written communication skills.

The post-holder must be able to communicate effectively and collaboratively across varied staff disciplines and be able to work as part of a team.

The post-holder must clearly understand the importance of maintaining patient and data confidentiality.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.30 per hour

Expected hours: 22 - 27.5 per week
