Role Overview:
Manage our front desk on a daily basis and perform various administrative and clerical tasks.
Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing accurate information.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
Manage and distribute mail, emails, and deliveries.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Perform various clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, data entry, etc.
Assist in organizing meetings and scheduling appointments.
Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
Assist with other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Any other reasonable duties as required.
Tasks may vary by site.
Shift pattern - 8am-5:30pm
Skills:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners)
Professional attitude and appearance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
Customer service-oriented with a welcoming and friendly personality
5 GSCE A-C (4+) additional qualifications in Office Administration or relevant field is a plus
