Job Summary


We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties



Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression. Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Manage the reception area, keeping it tidy and organised at all times. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records. Handle administrative duties such as filing, typing correspondence, and managing schedules. Utilise Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for various clerical tasks including document preparation and email correspondence. Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as needed. Coordinate appointments and meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made in advance. Support other team members with clerical tasks as required.

Requirements



Previous office or administrative experience is essential. Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory. Demonstrated clerical experience is preferred. A professional demeanour with outstanding communication skills is essential for effective interaction with clients and colleagues alike.
