What you'll be doing:




As a Receptionist you will deliver exceptional customer service by providing a warm, professional welcome, efficiently directing customers to the appropriate sales staff, accurately managing customer information within CRM systems, and consistently maintaining high standards in line with business and franchise requirements.




Key Responsibilities:



Responsible for dealing with all sales/service enquiries, ensuring all queries are dealt with appropriately within agreed timescales this includes gathering correct information about all enquiries and sourcing the correct staff member to assist further Approaches & welcomes all visitors in a friendly and open manner Capturing customer data to ensure that information is consistent Monitoring sales activity and evaluating the quality of information, ensuring the sales process is followed with every customer and that information is consistent across all databases Providing all customers in the showroom/reception with immediate attention Providing administration and general support to the sales & service departments (including creating new customers and amending information in the CRM, photocopying documents, making drinks, etc.) Regularly updating the Sales and Service Managers on all progress and involving them immediately with respect to any issues encountered
