Mylor Yacht Harbour is a thriving marina, working harbour, full-service boatyard and holiday destination located on the beautiful Fal Estuary in Cornwall. With 180 marina berths, 240 swinging moorings, space ashore for over 400 boats, excellent facilities and 4-star holiday accommodation, Mylor is one of the leading marine centres on the south coast.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Mylor Yacht Harbour team as a Receptionist. This role complements our existing team operating the busy Mylor reception area, welcoming and assisting customers, visitors and contractors. This is a permanent position, working 3 days per week - Monday, Wednesday, Friday- 22.5 hours.
Reception Key Responsibilities:
Providing outstanding customer service.
Managing enquiries in person, over telephone and via email.
Providing accurate information to enquirers.
Communicating clearly with customers, contractors and other staff members.
Taking payments and assisting with account queries.
Holiday accommodation administration.
Candidate attributes we will look for:
