Greet all clients with warmth, professionalism, and a calm demeanour
Explain our float therapy, contrast therapy, and related wellness services clearly and confidently
Answer queries and offer support throughout the client journey
Ensure service rooms are thoroughly cleaned, sanitised, and reset to our high standards between appointments
Handle bookings, payments, and general admin duties using our scheduling system
Maintain a calm, welcoming atmosphere within the centre at all times

Desirable Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role (spa, wellness, or beauty environment preferred but not essential)
Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking systems or POS systems
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn about wellness and holistic therapies

Please note: This is shift work, working 14:30 until 21:00 on Mondays and Fridays only. Flexibility required to cover weekends, for sickness or holidays, as and when required.
