full time receptionist

The Property




Located in the heart of Reading, Premier Suites is comprised of 41 modern and beautiful apartments designed for the comfort of leisure and corporate guests.


Our team look after our guests to ensure that they feel welcome and at home during their stay.


About The Role



What You'll Do:



Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional manner Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Manage phone and email enquiries accurately and promptly Use hotel systems such as Opera and Room Cloud (training provided) Respond to guest queries, complaints, and special requests with care Maintain a strong knowledge of our services and property features Support reservation processing, billing, and admin tasks Contribute to a positive guest experience from start to finish

What We're Looking For:



Minimum

1 year of experience in customer service

(hospitality preferred) Strong communication skills, with fluent English (spoken and written) Confidence using Microsoft Word and Excel A positive, solutions-focused attitude Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
