About Us:

Mitie is a leading facilities management and professional services company, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a Front of House Receptionist to join our team and provide outstanding customer service on behalf of our corporate client.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet and greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor. Manage the client suite, ensuring it is well-maintained and welcoming. Set up audio-visual equipment for meetings and perform meeting room checks to ensure readiness. Oversee the hospitality kitchen, providing teas, coffees, and lunches for clients and staff. Maintain the day-to-day management of the kitchen area, ensuring and cleanliness. Complete various administrative tasks as required, demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Participate in food health and safety training (provided and paid for by the company). Adapt to the corporate environment with great personal skills and professionalism.

Shift Patterns:

The role will rotate around two shift patterns depending on events taking place:
+ 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
+ 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Flexibility for overtime is required to support occasional evening events.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a Front of House or hospitality role is essential. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
