Hours

Full time:

Monday, Wednesday & Friday 8.30am - 6pm and Tues & Thurs 8.30am - 5.30pm



About the role



Our Telephonist will deal with our customer enquiries in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring the customer experience is seamless from start to finish.



As a Telephonist, you will work with a diverse team of CCA employees throughout the auction journey. You will engage with all departments on a daily basis. The role would be a great fit for someone who enjoys a varied workload in a fast-paced environment. You will have the ability to communicate at all levels and be extremely well-organised.



Day-to-day duties



Managing a very large volume of customer calls inbound for the branch

Communicating with departments, management, and stakeholders throughout the business.

Ensuring calls are dealt with effectively and efficiently.

Providing the highest level of customer service.

Mail duties.

General administration duties as and when required.

Logging information and managing internal systems.



Essential skills



A high level of accuracy and ability to multi-task during peak periods

A fantastic telephone manner

A genuine interest in delivering excellent service

Good computer literacy and accurate keyboard skills

Enjoy working with the public, both face to face and on the telephone

The confidence to work independently and also as part of a team

The ability to work well under pressure
