Overview

Our Warrington HQ store is recruiting for a weekend Receptionist.

Scottsdale Golf continues to be the custom fitting industry leader, offering our unique FIT.BUILD.PLAY service, enabling our customers to take home their customised golf clubs on the same day.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and organisational skills, as well as proficiency in various software applications.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting issues. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns effectively. Ensure that all communications adhere to company standards of phone etiquette. Organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality service.

Daily responsibilities will include:

Welcoming every customer into store and assisting their individual golfing needs. Supporting the management and fitting teams in providing amazing experiences to our customers. Taking ownership of the store email and telephone communication platforms. Deliver the company's core principle of "obsessing over our customer's needs. Work in alliance with all sectors of the business & assist with all Scottsdale customers, across the company. Follow all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Working hours will be working Saturday-Sunday, 9am to 5pm
