Join Our Team at Guildford Dental Centre - Dental Receptionist (Part-Time, Fixed-Term)

We're looking for a friendly, organised Dental Receptionist to join our welcoming team at Guildford Dental Centre on a part-time basis. This is a 9-month fixed-term contract starting in October, with potential opportunities to join the wider business permanently for the right person.

About the Role

Schedule:

3 days per week - Monday, Thursday, and Friday, 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM

Location:

We're a well-established, private four-surgery practice right across from Guildford train station - ideal for commuters.

Contract:

Fixed term for 9 months, with potential to stay on longer in a permanent role within the wider Envisage Dental group.

Who We're Looking For

Previous dental or healthcare reception experience preferred, but not essential for the right candidate with strong admin and people skills. Someone confident managing bookings, handling patient queries, supporting the clinical team, and keeping things running smoothly at the front desk. A great communicator who brings a calm, professional approach to a busy environment.
