We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy office environment.

Responsibilities



Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner Answer phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the reception area Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently Handle administrative duties such as filing, typing, and clerical support Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary

Skills



Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively Typing proficiency with attention to detail for data entry tasks Prior clerical experience will be considered a plus
