We have an exciting opportunity for a front of house receptionist, in a fabulous office building situated on the Thames in Hammersmith.


You will deliver an exemplary tenant service and visitor experience, understanding the importance of implementing added value events that help to create a community vibe for all working in the building. You should be well presented with proven relevant experience and confident to take ownership of this busy and varied role.

Hours and Salary

12,963 pa 8.00am - 5.00pm Thursday and Friday Lunch break covered by security

Key Responsibilities





Meeting, greeting and registering visitors to the building Post and courier management Recording and reporting any building issues and helping to resolution Maintaining building processes documents and local amenities file Ensuring excellent channels of communication between you and your job share Weekly reporting General Administration as required

Events and InitiativesYou will assist the lifestyle manager with the research and introduction of a seasonal calendar of added value activities and concierge services - helping to create a community vibe. You will work as a team to deliver relevant initiatives which drive tenant participation and enjoyment. You will also be interested in local news and what's happening in the area and keeping tenants informed by assisting with the creation of a via weekly e-newsletter.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise





You should have a vibrant personality and a can-do attitude to own this amazing, state of the art reception area. You should be a team player and work alongside a full time lifestyle manager and a Security team. You must also have excellent communication skills and a confident, professional manner. You should be Mac/PC literate and proficient in Microsoft Office and related software packages and comfortable using social media applications.
