About the Job

Receptionists at Lampton Leisure are the first point of contact for all visitors to the leisure centre. You will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service to our customers by helping with bookings, taking payments and dealing with new and existing membership enquiries whilst delivering a welcoming, authentic, and personalised service to our customers.
Our site is open from 6am - 10pm Monday to Friday and 8am - 6pm on weekends, so shifts could include early mornings or late evenings.
Key Responsibilities include:

Deliver exceptional service to all customers and potential customers of the Centre
Achieve KPIs and sales targets set by CRM and central support
Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the reception area, ensuring the area is secure and clean
Monitor and control entry to the Centre
Ensure all customer sales and bookings are managed correctly, assisting customers in their choices
Positively and proactively drive customer retention
Manage Prospects database and contribute towards lead generation in accordance with marketing planning, including outreach
Accurately undertake cash handling and reconciliation procedures and administrative duties, as required
Assist in the communication and promotion of the centre's services, ensuring all information given is correct and up to date.
Deal with complaints in a sensitive manner, promptly and politely in accordance with Company guidelines
About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience of delivering first class customer service in a busy environment
The ability to build strong relationships and influence and motivate other team members.
Good computer skills with experience of using a CRM / Booking software would be ideal.
