Working as part of the team based in Harrogate we are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join on a full-time, permanent basis.

You will be the first point of contact for a wide variety of visitors to site, liaise with internal teams including security and maintenance while providing support to the wider site to ensure smooth day-day running of all operations.

Full training will be provided; however, experience is a previous reception or customer service role is greatly preferred due to the nature of the work.

Duties:

• \xe2\x80\xa2 Switchboard call handing

• Reception administrative duties
• Receiving clients & visitors
• Liaising with hosts, security & kitchen
• Hospitality requests
• Sharepoint - booking hospitality, transport & accommodation
• Diary management

Education requirements:

• GCSE level or equivalent including English and Maths

Experience:

• \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent attention to detail and can work under to strict deadlines

• Experience of reception or customer service work
• Computing skills, including word processing and use of Microsoft Office packages
• General management and interpersonal skills to participate in a positive culture and collaboration within internal teams
• Good communication skills to be able to communicate effectively at all levels internally as well as with external clients, suppliers, etc.
