Overview:



We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team in providing administrative support and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and be proficient in various office tasks.

Responsibilities:



- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly manner

- Answer and direct phone calls appropriately

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Utilise computerised systems for scheduling appointments and managing information

- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning

- Manage office supplies and maintain an organised reception area

- Handle incoming and outgoing post effectively

Skills:



The successful candidate should possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in using Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications

- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively

- Excellent phone etiquette with clear communication abilities

- Experience in clerical and administrative tasks

- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
