Calrec are looking for a confident and friendly individual to join our team as a Temporary Receptionist.

What you'll be doing:

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a warm welcome and professional support. Key duties include answering phones, managing appointments, handling enquiries, and providing general administrative assistance.



The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional manner, and the ability to stay organised in a busy environment. Previous reception or administrative experience is desirable, but a positive attitude and reliability are essential.

This is your ideal role if you have:

Good communication skills, both spoken and written Accurate data input, record keeping and reporting skills A positive attitude and a willingness to learn Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills Comfortable using basic computer tools like Word and Excel A team player who enjoys solving problems and helping others
