Responsibilities within your new role

As the new Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting guests in a warm and welcoming manner, while also handling phone calls efficiently to deal with enquiries. You will have great local knowledge to provide suggestions to guests about local attractions and restaurants. Other important tasks include taking bookings via phone or email as well as managing incoming emails and processing simple admin tasks such as filing or photocopying documents.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position should have prior experience working within a similar role where they would have gained experience in dealing with customers and handling enquiries efficiently. A good level of local knowledge is required along with excellent customer service skills to deal with different types of customers effectively.
