Part Time Receptionist, 29 hours over 5 days, Mon, Tues, Thurs & Fri 1pm - 6pm & Weds 8am - 6pm
\xc2\xa310.42 per hour, Batley, permanent, 29hrs p/w (Flexibility will also be required for holiday and sick cover).
THE CLIENT:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work within a care provider to the local community; they are looking for a receptionist to join their busy team.
THE JOB:
As Receptionist working in a fast-paced team environment, the main focus of the role will be being the first point of contact for patients.
Responsibilities:
- Answering the telephone
- Greeting visitors / patients and providing excellent customer service
- Booking appointments over the phone and face to face.
- Working in a professional manner and adhering to strict confidentiality procedures at all times.
- Letters for hospital appointments and referrals using SystmOne and Medical Terminology
- General administration would also be involved using the full MS Office Package, Word and Excel within the role
- Filing, faxing and photocopying etc and any other ad hoc duties as required
