Harley Street Physiotherapy Group has four clinics in central and west London. We are committed to providing exceptional patient care and seek a dynamic and energetic receptionist to join our team.

Job Overview


We seek a highly motivated and professional individual to manage our front desk and provide a welcoming first point of contact for all clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, strong English language proficiency, and a proactive attitude towards providing top-notch customer service. Alongside the clients, you will work closely with the practitioners, the accounting team and the management team. The role is across two different clinics in central London and Kensington.

Duties



Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the practice. Manage appointments, handle inquiries, and maintain accurate patient records. Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner. Liaise with patients, therapists and other healthcare professionals. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times. Constant communication and online meetings with back office accounting and practice team. Support the practice with marketing. Support the team with day-to-day clinic operations. Support clinicians with letter writing and referrals Support with payments

Requirements



Minimum 4 years of work experience, ideally in a reception role , or similar in customer service or sales. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficient with computer systems and office software. e.g., Mac, Google Suite, practice management software, accounting software like Xero. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. A friendly, energetic demeanour and a willingness to learn. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities. Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus, but not essential. A degree education is desirable.

Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
