The Role

Provide a warm welcome to visitors in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner Greet others with a courteous telephone manner and reply promptly to email enquiries Ensure the visitors book is completed properly and visitors are supported and directed to their destination promptly Provide excellent customer service to visitors and colleagues Support with general office duties such as payroll, and recruitment & selection

Kenilworth Grange in Kenilworth, Warwickshire, provides specialist residential, nursing and respite care for older people, including individuals who have Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia. We also provide sensitive and supportive end of life care.
