What we're looking for:

• Previous experience as a hotel receptionist, ideally within a 4- or 5-star luxury property.
• Proficiency with hotel systems such as Opera and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
• Outstanding attention to detail and a passion for delivering flawless guest service.
• Exceptional communication skills, with impeccable written and spoken English.
