Role Overview



We are seeking a

Full-Time Dental Receptionist

who will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they receive a

positive, professional experience

from the moment they arrive or call. You will handle a

busy diary

, assist with

administrative tasks

, and provide

valuable support

to our clinical team to maintain a

smooth, efficient practice

.

Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Reception & Administration



Greet and register patients, both in person and over the phone, with a

friendly, professional manner

. Manage patient records and other administrative tasks, ensuring

accuracy and compliance

with data protection.

Diary Management



Maintain a

consistently fully booked diary

by promptly filling cancellations and rescheduling appointments. Communicate effectively with the dental team to

optimise appointment slots

.

Patient Feedback & Reviews



Encourage and collect

patient feedback

using our practice's system. Promote

Google reviews

(ideally with photos*) to help celebrate team successes and enhance our online reputation.

Social Media Engagement



Motivate

satisfied patients

to tag us in Instagram stories and posts to

boost our online presence

and foster a sense of community.

Treatment Coordination & Conversions



Confidently present relevant

treatment options

to patients under the guidance of our dentists. Convert

new patient enquiries

into booked appointments for recommended treatments. Encourage

private fee-per-item

patients to join our

membership plans

when it benefits them.

What We're Looking For



A

friendly, approachable

individual with

customer service experience

(dental or healthcare background preferred*).
Strong

communication, organisation, and multitasking skills

. Confidence in discussing

treatment plans and fees

with patients, maintaining a patient-first attitudeat all times. Willingness to

work weekends

and adapt to a changing rota. A keen

eye for detail

and the ability to

stay calm under pressure

.
