Receptionist / Front of House

superstar to join our friendly team in

Guiseley

. This role is key in creating a warm and professional first impression and ensuring our patient journey is smooth from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing

Welcoming patients and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude Handling inbound calls, emails and patient enquiries Booking and managing appointments using clinic software Maintaining accurate patient records and data entry Processing payments and managing basic billing tasks Ensuring the reception and waiting areas are clean and organised Supporting the wider front-of-house team and helping train new team members Being a brand ambassador for Yorkshire Dental Suite
What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a

Receptionist, Front of House

or

Customer Service

role (dental or healthcare is a bonus) A confident, professional and positive communicator Strong IT skills and comfortable using booking/CRM systems Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail A calm and friendly manner, even in busy situations Team-oriented, punctual and reliable Willingness to work occasional Saturdays on a rota basis
