We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office records.
Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings as required.
Utilise Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks when necessary.
Support administrative staff with various tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
Skills
Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
Proficient in using computer systems and software, particularly Google Suite and QuickBooks.
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Administrative experience is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
